Common questions
How do the reduced rates work
You select the rate yourself when you join, and we never ask for documentation. The declaration is simply that the rate reflects your current circumstances.
Can I pay in my own currency
Yes. Payment is taken in pounds but your card pays in your own currency, and we do not require a UK bank account or address.
How do I cancel or change rate
In the members’ area, any time, taking effect at your next renewal. Or email the office and we will do it for you.
