The UK’s first Community Land Summit was organised jointly by Shared Assets and Community Land Scotland to bring organisations together across the UK, to learn from one another with regards to community land ownership.
Here, Mark Walton, founder and director of Shared Assets, gives a brief overview of land ownership patterns and challenges in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
